Hotel was perfectly clean, patient staff.
The venue was unique and fancy, I really enjoyed the stay and the location was absolutely perfect so close to trams and central station, the city centre and train station and other areas of the city centre. The services were terrific.

Had very lovely experience, overall cool place.
there were climate control, an iron and ironing board, and an electronic key card in the room, liked that.

The area around cityhub is lovely, with local
Markets and restaurants that aren't crowded. The facilities were clean and staff were friendly. Controlling the temperature in the pod can be challenging as there are no options for adjustment. It was a pleasant stay.

Cozy pods with a unique touch
The atmosphere felt inviting, and I enjoyed the cool lighting options. The location was perfect, with supermarkets and food halls just a short walk away.
The pod's soundproofing wasn't as effective as predicted, and I experienced some disturbances from neighboring guests. It would be ideal to upgrade that aspect.

I experienced a smooth check-in process, using the app to tap my wristband for drinks. The private sleeping pods offered a unique spin on shared lodging. I felt safe as a single female traveler, even during the late night hours.
The walls did not block noise well, and my sleep was disturbed by loud guests. The showers had a slight odor that was not appealing.

We loved exploring the nearby food hall and checking out the cool coffee shop. The pods were clean and comfy, though not completely soundproof, so pick your location wisely. Great vibe and helpful staff.
The only downside was the noise, especially since my pod was near the entrance. I could hear others in the early morning, which occasionally disrupted my sleep.

ideal spot for exploring parks and cultural hotspots
And being just about 500 meters from De Hallen meant we could easily grab a bite to eat or explore local shops without traveling far. Staying in a pod was a unique experience for us as a couple, but the space felt a bit limited when trying to change.

Solo travelers seeking a unique experience
I gotta say, the whole concept of the 'hubs' is great. It's cozy but you feel like you got enough space to breathe. Plus, I loved having my own Bluetooth speaker in my hub to set the mood. It really made a difference. The hosts were very nice too, super friendly and offered great tips on where to eat nearby, which really helped me explore the local food scene.
It wasn't exactly a bargain but worth every penny.
